VLM15（13)型固定端P型錨具是由擠壓套、螺旋筋、固定端P型錨墊板、約束圈、金屬波紋管組成。其應(yīng)用于后張拉預(yù)應(yīng)力構(gòu)件的固定端，埋入構(gòu)件中不做張拉作用。為適用鋼絞線直徑公差范圍大的現(xiàn)狀，克服原鋼絲式擠壓錨安裝難、擠壓力值高、擠壓模芯和擠壓簧耗損大的缺點，我公司根據(jù)群錨夾片的錨固原理，研制出的夾片式擠壓片取代以前的鋼絲擠壓簧，并取得了國家專利。該夾片式擠壓片采用低碳工具鋼經(jīng)碳氮共滲工藝處理，與擠壓套安裝好整體配套出廠。VLM固定端P型錨具能對直徑15.1~15.9mm的鋼絞線進(jìn)行擠壓錨固，需要的擠壓力值僅為鋼絲式擠壓錨具的85%，使操作及安裝更加便捷，夾片式擠壓片內(nèi)外部都設(shè)計有細(xì)小螺牙，只對鋼絞線產(chǎn)生3%的咬合損傷面積，使得該擠壓式固定端錨具具有不低于97%的靜載錨固性能。

Fixed-end Type P anchor is the direct opposite of Stressing Anchorage. Such anchorage system is common when the tendons are buried into the structure and no stressing is done. However prestressing force still has to be transferred into the fixed end of the structure. The dimension and layout of tendons are generally similar to Stressing Anchorage. This kind of system is suitable when strand as to be push through on site.
